Will the crimes committed by drug addicts while under the influence be erased too?

Marijuana isn't an addictive drug. There are no weed addicts. That said, if someone got a DUI while on weed, they would still be in trouble.

If marijuana is not addictive why are there so many rehab facilities to help people get over marijuana addiction? Why is there a marijuana anonymous if it's not addictive. Just like heroin addicts and cigarette smokers.

Oh excuse me, marijuana addiction is called marijuana use disorder. It's the same thing but it makes the addicts feel better.

lol.... dope smokers don't commit crimes to feed their addiction- in fact, they are more inclined to feed their munchie craving, watch a comedy & get the giggles.

They don't kill their wives or eat the eyeballs out of someone's head? That's news! It's also not true.

Nope. The face eater was just high on pot. Becsuse of the violence of the attack, bath salts was suspected. It turned out it was just pot. The man that killed his wife only had edibles.

he had to have been defective to begin with.... underlying issues. as for edibles- that guy overconsumed a product that probably was incorrectly dosed or he didn't know wtf he was doing & it caused his brain to malfunction.... he also didn't recall any of his actions which is indicitive of a blackout.... i believe alcohol does the same thing at high levels of consumption.

any drug done to access is bound to fuck you up. what happened in those 2 cases are certainly the exception.... not the rule. & to equate marijuana to hard core drugs as routine, is ridiculous.

marijuana can certainly cause dependence... anxiety & depression if one is dependent but physical withdrawal? nope. & yes- weed is a drug... it is not harmless but not anywhere on the same level as hard drugs. even nicotine is a worse drug.

Its not a real addiction. There are people who are "addicted" to sex too, or chewing fingernails. These clearly aren't offenses that call for a prison sentence.
