What "shackles" would those be? Biden cancelled new leases on PUBLICLY OWNED LANDS. Most oil is produced on PRIVATELY OWNED LANDS. Only 8% of oil and gas is produced on publicly owned lands, and Biden doesn't control drilling on privately owned lands.

You keep parroting the lies of the rabid right but they have no basis in fact or in the data. The USA is on track to set a record for oil and gas production this year, but you won't give Biden credit for any of it, and mostly it won't be as a result of anything he does, or does not do.
