Which is why the Congress and Trump need to move on those 132 judicial vacancies. Now that the filibuster is ended on those seats, there is no reason why these seats should be empty.

Well the ruling is that it's at the president's discretion since he was acting in the best interest of the country to keep its citizens safe. Therefore he can push back that date and actually set it as long as he likes even indefinitely if he chooses since those countries will NEVER stop their terrorist activities. If I was Trump and Sessions, I would add more to those listed which they might do if they find others committing terror from other Middle Eastern countries.

So although the left who are beyond corrupt and have been allowed unbelievable courtesies and leverage through Obama's deep state appointee lower judges, the Scotus are ruling in Trump's favor as they should. Thank God for the Supreme court!
