Right now, household debt on average is rising at about the same rate as inflation so people are still managing to tread water.....well at least until they max out their credit cards. Household wealth has flatlined so at least we know that inflation has sucked the stimulus money back out of most people.

As I said the other day, it is feeling like the summer of 2008 all over again.
