Should NATO Nations Pay Their Fair Share?

Close all our bases in countries that don't pay for our military to be there. They should protect themselves from Russia and not rely on us for free.

Not now, but if we pull out of the world theater? You bet, and probably sooner than later.
To me it looks like Putin is in it for the long haul, and he would like nothing better than to be given the opportunity to restore Russia as the Soviet Union.
