Trump committed the alleged crimes, Bragg, brought the case, the jury found beyond a reasonable doubt he was guilty of such crimes....

Trump now has a chance to appeal the verdict on technical grounds.

Trump needs to be careful and show some restraint, and remorse if he doesn't want a little prison time, instead of probation.... The judge has to consider the defendant's behavior and demeanor during the trial and afterwards, but before the sentencing. He has 10 plus contempt of courts, during trial. And afterwards he is showing no contrition, no remorse, and no signs of repentance...he will do it again....possibility.

That is not good for him.....he doesn't seem to care.....

Yup, the trial was a Democrat Party scam.. everyone knows it and the appeals process in New York is likely corrupted as well. The voters need an honest resolution before the election.

I think it should go through the usual process.

To be honest, when Trump was first charged in New York, I contemplated going to the bookies (UK) to see if they would take a bet on the case, because it was a dead cert New York would find him guilty. Even a blind man on a galloping horse could see what was going on. And that goes with the property valuation case too.

Yes, Bragg is a registered democrat. Yes Bragg brought the charges a grand jury found were allegedly broken, yes Bragg promised voters that if there were crimes committed by Trump that Cy Vance was working on in an investigation, he would continue the investigations and bring charges.

Like all prosecutors, they are usually registered voters of a political party....be it Republican or Democratic, or Green Party etc etc

And when these prosecutors bring charges and prosecute alleged criminals, for their crimes, it is not the political Party pressing charges...... it is the grand jury and Prosecutors that bring charges on behalf of their State.

Only in Trump world, is it an entire political party to blame etc etc etc....

There were two jurors btw, that were likely Trumpers, one used Truth Social as their primary news source, and the other used FOX NEWS as their primary source for news.
