I mean, where do we draw the line calling a woman a sex offender for showing her boobs in her own home?
I mean, aren't there nudist colonies where everyone is naked all the time? They don't get arrested do they?
I think you need more than bare boobs for it be said you are doing "lewd conduct."

National Geographic has pictures of native women showing their boobs in every issue.
In most countries women show their boobs on the beach. I wish the U.S. was like that because I'd love to see boobs when I go to the beach.
