He won't be found guilty, no evidence the guy in the charge was pushing said cop in the report, as I stated, he was helping with the visor. Even says so in the report, no evidence he did anything to that officer besides try and help him. based on the report. Nothing like writing a report and charging someone and then saying he helped the officer. interesting.
