Trump demanding lower interest rates is a President trying to keep these good times going. Interest rates increase to slow down the economy when it seems to be going out of control. Growth is good provided it has some limitations to keep inflation down.

Trump demanding lower interest rates is a President trying to keep these good times going. Interest rates increase to slow down the economy when it seems to be going out of control. Growth is good provided it has some limitations to keep inflation down.

Lower rates takes from those who have their money in savings. It's taking from one to give to another. What do you call this in other settings?

How so? How is it opportunity is out there for everybody else and not these tens of millions you speak of?

Maybe you can explain it to me. The guy who owns the beverage store I patron is from India. He came here with nothing, worked his ass off, and saved enough money to open his store.

It was a huge risk since most small businesses fail, but that's why he came to this country: opportunity, and no opportunity is guaranteed.

With his personality and nice family to operate the store, it became successful. So his next move was to buy rental property, and he has about ten units now.

In his 50's and with his success, it was still not enough. About three years ago he purchased a hotel in a small town about 30 miles outside of the Cleveland border. His wife quit the beverage store to run the hotel, and he tells me that too was a great investment.

So what did it take for his success? A lot of ass busting; working seven days a week 12 hours or more a day including holidays; two weeks vacation a year which he enjoys on cruise ships when his family comes here form India to visit.

So please tell me how somebody from another country can accomplish all this and these tens of millions of Americans can't?
