Employers can require safety equipment and procedures for it's staff.
Nursing homes and hospitals can require immunization for employees and subcontractors that work in their facilities. Always have been able to...it's not a new ability. Food service establishments can also discharge someone who knowingly has hepatitis. If they don't you can easily have an outbreak that will destroy a community.
(They may also face criminal charges in some places)

Violating someone else's rights is exactly what an unvaccinated employee will do if he/she contracts the virus and spreads the disease to other employees, which will preclude the employer from operating his business effectively. There are rules in business and they must be followed. Covid protection is one of those rules that an employer has every right to require. You don't have to be vaccinated and you also don't have to work for that employer if you don't want to follow the rules.
