Employers can require safety equipment and procedures for it's staff.
Nursing homes and hospitals can require immunization for employees and subcontractors that work in their facilities. Always have been able to...it's not a new ability. Food service establishments can also discharge someone who knowingly has hepatitis. If they don't you can easily have an outbreak that will destroy a community.
(They may also face criminal charges in some places)
That's just been the law of the land for a very long time.
Typhoid Mary was basically imprisoned because she wouldn't give up her gall bladder by surgery...and she continued to find work as a cook who didn't wash her hands. ,(She kept on infecting household after household)
