His first action wasn't to end drilling. And please, don't even go down the high cost of fuel and how bad Biden was to the US oil industry. Under Biden, US oil companies made record high profits, while having nearly record high levels of unused drilling permits. And now, receiving record high government oil subsidies.

And I might point out the fact that in April of 2020, 7 months before the Biden/Trump election, Trump struck a deal with US oil producers, along with Mexico and Saudi Arabia, to cut oil production. By June, US oil companies were issuing record numbers of law offs notices.

And now, US oil producers are producing more oil than they ever did under Trump.

The ONLY thing Biden really stopped was the XL pipeline, which wasn't going to be carrying US oil. But Canadian and Chinese tar sands, across the largest US aquafer, that stretches from the Dakota's to New Mexico and Texas. An Aquafer that if polluted would devastated hundred of millions of Americans, their livestock and their gardens.

And he shut down unused oil leases that weren't even being bid on, because the oil bust that started during Trumps term.

Neither of which had any actual impact on production or price.

As far as the other things on your list, those increases were coming regardless of who was in the white house on Feb. 1st, 2021. Much of which was caused by the huge amount of overspending during Trumps years. $8 trillion buys a lot of inflation.
