Why there is bias on who gets prosecuted for crimes.

This point couldn't be better illustrated than by the difference in how Biden's illegally held classified documents case was handled vs. the exact same charge for Trump who was legally authorized to possess those documents.
Biden blatantly broke multiple classified docs laws, multiple times. Pair that with the Biden crime family selling influence all over the globe. But the DC swamp said, nothing to see here move along.

Folks call trump a Felon because of a liberal judge and demand they haven't gone after the Democrats. This is why Harris-led office, ATF stonewalling probe into 'collusion' with anti-gun group lawsuit: House Oversight chair

Colmes listed all the evidence that made Hillary quality, then claim she didn't have intent because she was too stupid to know she was violating the law. She graduated from Harvard, and claims she didn't know what destruction of evidence or obstruction of evidence was. She was Secretary of State and claims she didn't know the rules when handling Classified documents were. He wouldn't do that if Hillary was a Republican.

The rules for Republicans are different from the rules for Democrats.
We call Trump a felon because he committed 34 felonies.

There was no evidence connecting her to the destruction of evidence.
She admitted to taking a hammer to them.
The defense was that she didn’t know the information was classified when she wrote the emails. They thought they were vague enough and “talking around the information” to avoid it being classified. You can’t use that defense when the papers have the classified markings plastered all over them.
I.e. she was too stupid. Therefore, she wasn't educated enough to be Secretary of State.

The only bias lies with your own inability to parse information honestly.

Trump was given ample opportunity to return documents when requested to do so. No?

Choosing to obstruct justice was his own choice as well. Right?

We don't believe you. If we get attacked again, we will not be united, and you should know that. Perhaps the Communists will use a red area for destruction to test that. The canvas for the painting has been in control of the Progressive artists and any of the Republican members who are frauds for many decades. Finding people who are empowered by the globalists and who hate Trump from the lifetime of propaganda they were fed is not difficult.
We don't believe you.
That is entirely your choice and the consequences of that choice are yours alone.

Nobody cares.

She admitted to taking a hammer to them.
That wasn’t destruction of evidence. It occurred way before any investigation took place.

The facts make it harder to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Sorry.

The story is way different for Trump who had no such excuse.

Which is to My point.

The charges were misdemeanors that had gone beyond their statute of limitations. They tried to upgrade them to felonies by some strange legal theory that says you commit a felony by covering up a misdemeanor or something like that. But here is the kicker.

They never actually listed the specifics of the felony charges.

The judge gave a grab bag of something like 3 separate possible charges that could convict.

At no time did the Defense have a list of tangible broken laws to defend against. That is a violation of due process.

The Judge was deceitful and violated the law.

This will be overturned on appeal.
It was never added to the charges
