Hardly, it is a google image, as in not mine. What part of that don't you get, that 99% of the time no one bothers to check the dictionary or the full writings of Thomas Jefferson on whether a meme or image is true or not, and in this case it doesn't matter - as Thomas Jefferson grew hemp and saw nothing wrong with it.
