Southern States are Not the Most Racially Segregated!

New York, Illinois, Michigan, and California lead the way of single-race classrooms. Thanks to Drew Curtis' FARK which linked to NY has nation's most racially segregated schools, UCLA study finds: 'No Southern state comes close' | NOLA.com

Yet, northern liberals continue to paint the South as filled with red-necked hicks and rubes who go around using the N-word and mistreating “Dem Negras”. Kinda ironic and hypocritical isn't it? :eusa_whistle:

Many of those sort, such as you, do "go around using the N-word and mistreating 'Dem Negras'”. That does not excuse the north and the west from being as ignorant and un-American, either, for doing the same thing.

Some of the most racially segregated venues in the country are in college cafeterias and student unions. You see groups of Blacks, groups of "whites," groups of foreigners, groups of Hispanics. Very few mixed groups, unless it is to work on an assignment. For the most part, given a chance, people will associate with people who look like they do.

Based on 2010 data the south is very segregated! Blacks live mostly within the big cities and there own area...So you either have 70-90% black or white areas throughout MISS, al, Ga and Sc. Some of these states are 30-40% non-white...Honestly, if people feel good with their own people. What is so wrong about it?

That is as it should be, individuals determining who they choose to associate with which is lot different that government making that decision. The day may come when all people will see the color of skin no more importance socially than eye color, but we are a long way from that time.
