Youre trying to change the subject. This is about the extremely serious crimes Trump has comitted and the low level nothing sandwich harmless material HRC had.

All HRC material was labeled the lowest level of classification. Harmless and not a crime.

Let's not get confused about the terminology here.
1. The DOJ issued an illegal "search warrant" that was much too broad. That search warrant had to have evidence that a crime was committed, and that specific evidence had to be grabbed before it was destroyed. The DOJ won't show us the affidavit that claimed a crime and the evidence, so the FBI probably lied again. The dems just wanted to grab every paper in MaraLago and look for anything illegal especially regarding J6. A totally illegal document grab. I hope the court smacks Garland silly.

2. Dershowitz said that instead of a search warrant the DOJ should have issued a "subpoena" for the documents they wanted. If the subpoena wasn't honored, then a search warrant for specific documents could have been issued.
