The first "action" that the DOJ should have taken was to subpoena specific records.

That search warrant had to have evidence that a crime was committed, and that specific evidence had to be grabbed before it was destroyed. The DOJ won't show us the affidavit that claimed a crime and the evidence, so the FBI probably lied again. The dems just wanted to grab every paper in MaraLago and look for anything illegal especially regarding J6. A totally illegal document grab. I hope the court smacks Garland silly.

The DoJ never shows affidavits for warrants before charges are filed. It’s harmful to the investigation. The crimes they’re investigating were listed on the warrant.

Dershowitz doesn’t know what he’s talking about. They did issue a subpoena. There was reason to believe the subpoena wasn’t complied with. Then they got a search warrant.

"The document spanning 38 pages, 24 of them fully or partially blacked out, said there was “probable cause to believe that additional documents” containing classified national defense information and presidential records remained on the premises and “also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction” would be found there.
