Stolen Trump Documents Contained Most Highly Classified material...

What were these super duper documents? If you know how secret they are, you must surely know what they are.
So...documents that hold secrets vital to our national security should be exposed publicly because YOU want to see them?

Sorry Bad Breath. No

If the FBI is going to claim how secret they are the public should at least know what they are. So far the documents recovered are some letters from Kim Jong Un, a menu from a birthday dinner, a cocktail napkin and the note shitstain obama left in the Resolute desk. Is this top secret or just secret?

There are no secrets vital to our national interests. Enemy democrats just made it up. Like everything else. Get Trump at any cost. That's all.

The ruling did not actually say that the president has sole discretion on personal or official.

It also said this:
The PRA authorizes NARA to invoke the same enforcement mechanism embodied in the Federal Records Act, which begins with a request to the Attorney General to institute an action for the recovery of missing records.
Which is exactly what happened here.
The first "action" that the DOJ should have taken was to subpoena specific records.
NOT to issue an illegal search warrant to grab every scrap of paper in MaraLago.

What do you think confidential and top secret documents are? Do you want that information made public?

Read the inventory of what was recovered. It details that there were whatever number of secret, top secret, and top secret SCI documents.

Do you think you should be able to read those docs, Cat Lady?

Really?

This is the new talking point. They were supposed to subpoena “specific records”.

For starters, we haven’t seen the subpoena. At any time, Trump could show it to us, but he hasn’t.

Second, a subpoena for all documents with classified markings is specific. A subpoena for all presidential records is likewise specific.

But I take it that you don’t mean that. You mean specific as in the name and dates of actual documents, which how were they supposed to know what Trump has squirreled away?

Let's not get confused about the terminology here.
1. The DOJ issued an illegal "search warrant" that was much too broad. That search warrant had to have evidence that a crime was committed, and that specific evidence had to be grabbed before it was destroyed. The DOJ won't show us the affidavit that claimed a crime and the evidence, so the FBI probably lied again. The dems just wanted to grab every paper in MaraLago and look for anything illegal especially regarding J6. A totally illegal document grab. I hope the court smacks Garland silly.

2. Dershowitz said that instead of a search warrant the DOJ should have issued a "subpoena" for the documents they wanted. If the subpoena wasn't honored, then a search warrant for specific documents could have been issued.

Noon today the enemy democrats are supposed to make the affidavit public. The documents that have been recovered have not been listed. Some of them have been leaked.

See what turns up at noon.

That's what happened in June. And at that time Trump's lawyers attested in writing that there were no more docs.

Obviously a lie.

The DoJ never shows affidavits for warrants before charges are filed. It’s harmful to the investigation. The crimes they’re investigating were listed on the warrant.

Dershowitz doesn’t know what he’s talking about. They did issue a subpoena. There was reason to believe the subpoena wasn’t complied with. Then they got a search warrant.

The specific documents were specific. All presidential records.

Hillary's emails were all of the lowest level of classification and nothing imortant was found.
Trump stole the ultra top secret material, the highest and most important classification.

Trump broke the very law he signed.
Trump does not have the right or authority to declassify the highest level of classification, no president does.

Trump is caught red handed and must try to lie away his crimes, AGAIN, and his sheep followers are desperate for some lie, I mean excuse.

Trump had ultra top secret documents completely unsecured, at Mara Lago, which has been targeted and infiltrated by Chinese spies.

This is substantially more dangerous than HRC's fake email scandal that wasn't even criminal.

This Biden / Wray criminal treasonous failed scandal is pathetic, failing to measure up to Hillary's / Obama's failed Russian Collusion coup attempt and Pelosi's / Schiff's / Fang Fang Swalwell's 2 failed Impeachment coup attempts.

She was the secretary of state and it was a government phone your 1st sentence is flawed... she destroyed everything so of course nothing was found... Trump was president who sometimes had to work at home.... especially with covid going on.... its not unusual that he had these documents at his home....
And he didn't destroy them like Hillary did...

There is a great deal of talk on the media concerning the public's interest in this affidavit that reveals the nature of the documents Trump stole from our house, namely the White House. The documents Trump stole belong to the American people.

The public's interest is served by not revealing the critical factors contained in the affidavit.
In the Trump era, there are two facts every voter should know to enable intelligent decisions.

One, when the powers-that-be granted the President all his powers, they never once considered a President like Donald Trump.

Two, Donald Trump is just plain stupid.

Take, for example, his incredibly stupid decision to take hundreds of pages of classified documents with him to Mar-a-Lago. He has never explained why he did that. It is quite likely he doesn't know. Just something to do? In any case, that remarkably incomprehensible decision has caused him nothing but grief, and he might be indicted.

The Wall Street Journal explains his folly. "Boxes retrieved from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home early this year contained more than 184 classified documents, including some deemed top secret or derived from clandestine human-intelligence sources, according to a heavily redacted affidavit released Friday laying out the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s justification for its extraordinary search of the Florida estate in early August.

"The document spanning 38 pages, 24 of them fully or partially blacked out, said there was “probable cause to believe that additional documents” containing classified national defense information and presidential records remained on the premises and “also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction” would be found there. A separate document said investigators relied on accounts from “a significant number of civilian witnesses” before searching the home.

"The affidavit was released on court order almost three weeks after FBI agents searched Mar-a-Lago and carted away more than two dozen boxes including 11 sets of classified documents, some of which were meant to be accessible only in special high-security facilities, according to a search warrant made public by the Florida court that approved it. The search followed months of correspondence by the National Archives and Records Administration to secure Trump administration records."

The Republican Party has captured the minds of those who live in the rural counties of America. The voters are mostly farmers, ranch hands, and rural shopkeepers. They lack education and they are not well informed. Most of what they know about politics is by word of mouth.

"The former president has seen his standing in the GOP strengthen since the Aug. 8 search as he considers a 2024 challenge to President Biden," the WSJ.

So you've had a chance to screen all of Hillary's E-mails and Trumps documents? You're a sly little devil.
