It'd be pretty hard to avoid obstruction of justice charges.

The conspiracy to collude with a foreign adversary is there. The key will be if Mueller can prove that trump knew Russia was behind the emails that Wikileaks was pushing out. US Intel has proven that Wikileaks is an arm of Russian Intel.

There are so many areas where trump could be liable...

-Obstruction of Justice
-Criminal Conspiracy to Collude with a Foreign Adversary
-Money Laundering
-Abuse of Power
