"Establishment" Republicans are obstructing any progress on the Trump platform and Democrats are worried about primary challenges from the even further left. At the rate things are going to be strange in 2018

There are likely to be more investigations into how corrupt the Democrats are, as in the current special counsel is a prime example of corruption unbound. If Sessions was correct to recuse himself, which is probably correct, Then Mueller and the assistant AG absolutely were required to.

Blue state finances are going to get worse quickly with ACA still the law.

The voter fraud commission only needs to be marginally effective to hurt the Ds badly.

Other than the fact that severely bad news for the left is only likely to come out of the next SCOTUS session it is hard to see either side getting any good news prior to the 2018 election. So what do you expect?

with congress giving up august vacation the supremes revitalised and Trump in the WhiteHouse, this government is grinding away at some pretty big problems.

Since your sig implies you are from Washington state I have to ask with all of the immaculate ballots that appear when needed in King county how have federal indictments been so rare in regards to federal elections. If non-citizen residents are permitted to vote in state and local elections that's a state problem. However in federal elections the rules apply nationally. The same sort of problem also crops up in Cook county Illinois and given how blatant this conduct normally is the Voter Fraud commission should be able to send enough evidence to the DOJ to get lots of indictments just prior to the 2018 election.

Will that make the Ds look like crooks or martyrs or the victims of persecution by the GOP?

Quit worrying about democrats allegedly cheating and worry about what your people are doing to show they are indeed the best choice, right now they are totally blowing it.
