The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that challengers the FDA's approval process of the abortion drug mifepristone lacked standing to sue the government.
Dropped due to lack of standing. What a fucking cop out.
Of course it was dropped. SCOTUS won't say it is beyond a federal judge's reach but that the petitioner does not have standing. It saves the GOP some room in the elections.
