So many packages and not one of them goes off, after all the losses the Dems have taken? I'm not given to conspiracy theories, but even *I* can smell the rat from a mile away here. Much more likely that this was a false flag by a desperate crazy liberal than not. If a crazy conservative wanted to do this, he would have gone for the kill, not for the media narrative to sway the election his way.

No way "toast", either way. 12 days is a lifetime in politics, and no one got hurt here. Either way, Democrat or Republican, no one is "toast" over this. Early voting has already started and so has absentee, the caravan is still advancing, the economy is still roaring, people are still talking about healthcare. The news cycle will have largely moved on, even if the sender is revealed.
