This guy knew better. In a situation like the one he found himself in; the Uniform is in charge. Period. He knew to comply, and didn't. Then proceeded to make things worse by not complying. Then made things outright embarrassing by crying, and pleading about being handicapped, and having a pregnant wife... WTF!? Absolutely shameful. Nonetheless; this is often times what actually resides behind the pageantry, if one but scratches the surface.

Joe Biden's FBI says this guy didn't comply and should have been shot. He was clearly a threat to local law enforcement when he refused to get on the ground.

He filed a lawsuit but I can't find any info on how it turned out. Also curious what happened to the guy who made the call

So if any 3 letter agency shows up at your door at 4am just call the police tell them that ISIS is at your door, armed with AR-15s and bring the swat team, because they look dangerous.

So if any 3 letter agency shows up at your door at 4am just call the police tell them that ISIS is at your door, armed with AR-15s and bring the swat team, because they look dangerous.

Alcohol, tobacco and firearms are all legal in Ohio. You call legally open carry and concealed carry firearms in Ohio without any sort of ID or permit.

The ATF has no legit fucking business here in Ohio. What we need now is a constitutional amendment makes it official that ATF agents will no longer be recognized as law enforcement officers in Ohio.

That way if an armed ATF agent confronts an Ohio resident by going to their home and trying to confiscate their firearms, that act would be considered impersonating a police officer and felony armed robbery. The ATF agent should then be considered an armed and dangerous wanted felon by all Ohio LEO's.

All ATF pleas of "DAN'T TAZE ME BRO!!!" should be ignored and/or laughed at.

federal agents would be happy to cooperate with locals if the locals could be trusted.
