No, spending comes from income taxes.

taxes are taxes to the extent it reduces disposable income. what percentage is paid by the bottom quintile as a percentage of Income.

I never said it was their fault. The fault is our tax structure and politicians.

And it's not like I'm saying they should share an equal tax burden as our wealthy, but at least contribute something.

But Oh! Democrats realize poor people can't pay income taxes! Is that so? Then why didn't Democrats care when DumBama placed a sin tax on tobacco products---a product predominately used by the poor? Why didn't DumBama consider the plight of the poor when he came down on coal fired electric plants that are going to raise our electricity rates all for the sake of a cleaner greener country?
