Guess the media is a little behind on this:

Texas Senator Ted Cruz is in the midst of his third trip to Iowa this year, but his first since leading the charge to “defund ObamaCare” that led to the 16-day federal government shutdown. At a party fundraiser tonight in Des Moines, Cruz told a crowd of 600 Republicans “the fight is worth it.”

“I’m convinced we’re facing a new paradigm in politics. It is a paradigm that is the rise of the grassroots,” Cruz said. “I’ve got to tell you, it has official Washington absolutely terrified.”Ted Cruz says ?official Washington absolutely terrified? of GOP?s grassroots

And that was the goal. Terror.

the only people who are terrorized are republicans in the republican party ...when these tea baggers get voted out in this next election their fears will subside ... when they even see a large number of them, even ted cruz get tossed out on their asses, they too will all be shaking in their shoes...

All Americans are dismayed by the kamikaze take no prisoners of a small minority.

However, said minority will be much smaller thirteen months from now.

you guys are so scared of Cruz it is hilarious....

You're absolutely right, we're terrified. Please don't nominate him in 2016 because we're so scared. Pretty please...

Why do you think he would have a hard time against Hillary a woman who let four people be killed in Benghazi for politics?

Of course they are...Both parties don't want people to call for cutting their JOBS "government" they would rather have groups like the OWS who instead go after businesses and not government

they are entrenched career politicians who have been elected supposedly to represent us, but now only look out for themselves and how much they make out of it...so handing out bennies and goodies is one way to keep themselves employed

that's what is so sick watching the left/liberals pass on these government bastards hate against the Tea Party....everyone should be with them whereas this government has become too big and are now sucking us taxpayers dry...but you can't get the people heads around that...so down we will go.

Where the government is afraid of the people, there is liberty. Where the people are afraid of the government there is tyranny.

Thomas Jefferson

Of course the government is afraid of the people otherwise the government would not be raiding the homes and offices of journalists. The government would not be assassinating journalists.

What journalist did they assassinate?

Rape, Murder, Illegal drug use, Commerce Obstruction and attacking Law Enforcement.....staple acts of The Occupy Movement. The same people screaming "terror" about the Tea Party say we need to listen Occupy. Free thinking, independent Americans are smart enough to decipher between real terror vs. imagine terror.

you are speaking about the OWS and the Democrat party..
but you care for them more than you do the people in this country, so it's no surprise you post this for them

government, control, power over the people and country for the PARTY

No questions, but clarification.

You are terrified when you know that the day and minute of reckoning, for something you have done, is near.

You are terrorized when you have done nothing wrong, but you know that those who hate you will never stop trying to hurt/kill you.
