Not sure what you mean. They proved he was guilty of all charges twice in his impeachment procedures. Mueller proved he obstructed his investigation. He has yet to go to trial for his crimes in NY, GA, and the federal charges he will face from the DoJ. He wasn't prosecuted for his campaign finance crime that the SDNY named him as a co-conspirator with M. Cohen for because the FEC deadlocked (due to Trump loyalists). He was fined for stealing money from his charitable foundation. He paid a fine for defrauding the students of his real estate school. Only his Houdini like abilities (and money) has kept him out of prison.............thus far.

Not the best thing that could happen; the best would be our Government not acting against political enemies. But, in the long run, maybe it's the best.

Garland will charge Trump, that's a foregone conclusion. A D.C. jury will convict Trump, another foregone conclusion. Then the Supreme Court will throw it out, as long as we maintain the current court or sensible replacements, will throw out the conviction since you can't prosecute the President for anything he does in office that's within the power of the Executive Branch.
