...why the hell didn't they just pass the same bills again and send it to Trump?

• Do the bill they passed and sent to Obama wasn't a good bill?
• The 60 vote requirement in the Senate couldn't be an obstacle, for one'll recall that Paul Ryan stated, "We have now shown that there is a clear path to repealing Obamacare without 60 votes in the Senate. So, next year, if we're sending this bill to a Republican president, it will get signed into law. Obamacare will be gone. ... It's just a matter of time."

"If?" Why now that they have a GOP president did they not just send him that bill?

"Just a matter of time?" Is that measure a unit that is shorter than the average human lifespan? WTF are Republicans waiting on? The next coming of Christ?
