Unfortunately their is no way to know what the situation in other places is like unless you go there, know someone personally who lives there. You certainly cannot believe the media or politicians.

True. That is why I do not pass judgement on what other states are doing, just wish them luck and hope they are being responsible as it can effect rest of the country positive or negative, as well as their own state.
