Well, they aren't African Americans. They are Americans, more specifically black Americans. If you're born in America then you're American, if you're born in Africa then you're African. No one calls me Irish, German, American.

Besides, African American doesn't mean black since there are millions of whites in Africa like Charlize Theron and Elon musk and have lived there a long time. Not to mention people from India and so on.

But on topic. Of course democrats pull the ball out. They as a party only care about a group or sub group of people when they need them to push their agenda.
