It depends. I live in a nice neighborhood, and the blacks near me are pleasant, middle-class, educated, and professional.

But I wouldn’t want to live in a poor black neighborhood - or work in a primarily black environment. My aunt taught school where she was the only white there - including the teachers - and they were horrible to her. Even the teachers ostracized her.

Poor neighborhoods include all races. Being poor in the USA is the greater cause of what you describe than the color of your skin.

I did a quick search on you. Perhaps you are even more liberal than me? I would love to have the conversation about if I'm such a horrible person for not welcoming black people as they leave Detroit and move to our communities.

I'm all for it as long as whites don't leave because they are moving in. And if crime doesn't go up, which is already has. We have never had cars stolen in our condo on a lake community. We even have cameras. So we caught 3 blacks stealing our cars and trucks in the middle of the night.

I will also defend cops who pull over blacks for driving while black. Do you know this practice is why black criminals stay in Detroit? But they are losing that fear. Especially today. No one wants to pull over a black. They might fight back and you'll go to prison if you rough them up. And in my community, we don't want to ask a black person who they are visiting because that may come off as racist. So they use that. Well I'm not going to be afraid of going viral. This may be hard for you to grasp but a good product is good no matter the race of the person that bought it. My brother finally found a diversity candidate to head the Human Resources department. He’s a black guy. All he’s focused on is diversity. That’s his goal. He’s going to make sure the white hiring managers are not passing on the black applicants and hiring whites because they claim they are “more qualified”. He’s going to make sure if that’s true or not.

And he’s going to make sure they aren’t offering blacks 75 cents to every dollar they pay white men.

If this bothers you. If this affirmative action hire bothers you, you’re more racist than me.

Even though it sucks to be a white man right now, I think it's great my brothers company and many many others are doing their best to break up the good old white boys network and control of our corporations. No, white men running those companies don't like it. My brother can't stand this guy. But he's very smart and he's going to make sure bias isn't fucking over women, blacks, hispanics, arabs, jews and gays. Because up to now, it seems like white men are fucking the rest of America over and telling them it's because WE are the most qualified.

As intelligence becomes increasingly important to our society, our economy, and our technology it is important that IQ become the main criterion for selecting those in the upper regions of our society.

This means that the United States should be dominated by a cognitive elite composed disproportionately of Ashkenazi Jews and Orientals (AKA, East Asians) Although I am a white Gentile, that is what I desire.

We do not need a ruling elite that "looks like America." We need a ruling elite that has the intelligence to perform well.
