The Growing Conservative Consensus Regarding Trump's Eligibility....

Correct. We don't care about your charges against Trump and you don't care about charges against Joe. Simple as that. It's a cold civil war.
There are no charges against Joe. :cuckoo:
That’s a retarded fantasy held by retards who believe they’re fighting some sort of Cold War.
Y’all are the wretched refuse. The ones who didn’t make the cut. You are reaching for anything to feel relevant and to feel that you have some sort of power. You don’t. You’re the downside to the Information Age. Below the curve useful idiots.

There are around 215 million registered voters in the U.S. of which about 37 million are registered republicans. It's impossible to form any "consensus" based on some lame phone survey of about 1,500 voters.

The IRS investigators disagree with your false narrative.

They haven't even made a referral.

The Constitution says otherwise, whine away, it's your right.
14th amd , dupe.

Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Nobody on a grand jury made any comments about "better options".....I'll wager.

Did they ?

I'll decide if there are better options.

And.....we are done on this thread.

I don't engage with assholes who make this kind of equivalence and try to push it as reasonable.
:itsok:

Trump is a disgrace. Republicans have far better options to lead the party in 2024. No one should think otherwise, much less support him, ever again.

Trump proven unfit for power again

It’s up to the Justice Department to decide if this is a crime. But as a matter of principle, as a matter of character, Trump has proven himself unworthy to be this country’s chief executive again.
Trumpâs silence on Jan. 6 is damning

One year later....

“If the public record is accurate, the case is not even close. He is no longer eligible to the office of Presidency,” the law review article said.

“The former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the resulting attack on the U.S. Capitol, place him squarely within the ambit of the disqualification clause, and he is therefore ineligible to serve as president ever again.”

Democrats expect Trump to be the nominee.

Read it again. It specifies numerous offices EXCEPT president. Try harder.
