Your reference is behavior at the conscious level and as such I agree. But you may rest assured that while certain foods are associated with certain ethnicities those individuals who harbor pre-conscious racist antagonism for those ethnicities will be quietly averse to anything associated with them.I have never heard of people refusing to eat food because they're RACIST.
I've certainly never heard of people refusing to eat fried chicken and collard greens because they don't like black people.
