Here's your tough guy 'getting things done' trump, telling the cops to take the gloves off when handling the bad guys. He's giving them his blessing to do bad themselves. Break the law a little, get tough he's telling them Never mind that the arrested guy hasn't had his day in court to determine if he's guilty. There is a difference between merely disagreeing with a leader and that leader being intentionally divisive.
