The odds are in favor of Hunter Biden in imminent lawsuit against computer repairman

Anything on whatever laptop is inadmissible in a court of law. Sworn testimony is.

Plus the View is terrifying.
I always thought the FBI wasn't touching the laptop because of just those issues. Coming from a third party, who couldn't even identify who he got it from.

Especially since it came from a crack-head who could have let somebody else us it.

Exactly. Plus it has been accessed by multiple third parties and there is no chain of custody.

that just shows you cant think,,,

Right-wingers argue that the computer repairman acquired the laptop as abandoned property, but according to this legal analyst, only the hardware and not the data belongs to the repairman in this case. The repairman cannot use Hunter Biden's copyrighted images, emails, etc. The only permissible action the repairman could have taken with the data is to recover it:

Wrong.
Emails are never "copyrightable" because they do not contain original artistic creations.
And all the data would be up for the public if it indicates there was a crime, like the indications Hunter arranged private meetings with Joe Biden for illegal purposes.
In fact, the repairman would have been obligated by law to release the evidence of crime to the proper authorities.

If the store owner put a bunch of fake shit on the laptop the FBI would figure that out within days. The fact they have not charged him with anything proves that is just another DImwinger smoke screen by Crackhead worshippers.
dont go bringing logic into this you will just confuse them,,,

Especially with Hunters lifestyle. Any of a number of nefarious people would have had access to it. And when Hunter says he doesn't remember writing a particular e-mail, he probably can't remember where he was or what he did for several days at a time.

Dimwinger excuses so far:

1. Russia did it.

2. Not Crackhead's laptop.

3. Store owner put fake stuff on it.

4. Crackhead has no idea who used his laptop.

The shit is getting hilarious. :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

So you are saying that Hunter got federal copyrights on his emails and the photos of him committing illegal actions? When did he do this? I haven’t heard of anyone ever getting copywrites on emails. Plus unless I am mistaken, he would have had to take out a copywrite on each individual email and photo. That would cost millions of dollars since a single copywrite application runs between forty five and a hundred twenty five dollars .

You do not have to actually apply for specific copyrights to any particular body of work you create.
The point is just that if someone does plagiarize, you can then sue them for damages.
All you have to do is put a copyright notice at the beginning of the work.

But copyrights do not prevent others from reading it or even publishing it, as long as the owner is attributed.

And clearly the repairman did not make any money on it, take credit for anything on it, or do anything remotely illegal.
There is not way there was any protection to Hunter under the copyright laws.
