The odds are in favor of Hunter Biden in imminent lawsuit against computer repairman

Plus, the computer repairman didn't sell the information, he just disseminated it to law enforcement and officers of the court.
This would be third party evidence, which:

Stolen evidence may be admissible–if it’s relevant. Problems in its acquisition go to weight, But the theft may raise other questions: where has the item been, has it been tampered with – that is, how much credence and value the jurors should give it.

the computer wasnt stolen,,,

If you want to figure out who owns the hardware and who owns the software (files and data). Imagine a simpler example.

A man brings his car to the repair shop. His dog is in the back seat.
Returning several hours later, the repair was finished, but he has no money to pay for it, and the garage seeks taking ownership of the car.

Does the man retain ownership to his dog?

Hunter was fucking his dog too?

They have a whole lot to hide.
They can depose them, since there is a need to know how and why they came into possession of a copy of the hard drive.

And if it was because Giuliani was soliciting evidence, which other sources responded.

But the information, data, and programs on the computer were.
Just for an example, the operating system and many of the programs were non-transferable property.
