The Rittenhouse Verdict

I think they're all idiots. Unfortunately for Rittenhouse, his idiocy ended up getting people killed.

Maybe you want to give him a free pass. Good for you.

Not people.

Violent, destructive, subhuman pieces of shit. Those do not qualify as people, not even for very low values of “people”.

Of course, you would side with your own kind, against the side of actual human beings.

You mean I don't think that we should murder people over property crimes, uh, yeah.

Once again, that's the choice to be made by the thieving piece of shit that wants to steal or destroy something that doesn't belong to it. If it values its life more than it values someone else's property, then it can make the choice to keep its filthy thieving hands off of that property.

I do not expect a creature such as yourself, that always takes the side of criminals against that of human beings, to ever understand this point; but that does not diminish the truth of this point.

Your criteria be damned. Your criteria would have a seventeen year old be shot and killed merely for lack of firearm discipline.

They were not. In addition, the guy showed up at the CHAZ with these weapons in his trunk and began handing them out to whoever was there.

You contradict yourself. A gun in the “ready” position, or Port Arms, is merely being prepared for aggression. It does not mean that one is about to fire for no reason and it certainly does not suggest to others that they should attack him.

Who’s “we”?

So if his rifle was in the ready position and this is an act of aggression and incitement as you say, and, as you also say, is why Rittenhouse was attacked, why didn’t they just shoot this guy outright?

You’re not presenting a very consistent argument here. On the one hand you say Kyle being armed was incitement and on the other hand you relate an incident where no one was incited.

Society does not have the right to attack someone who is harming no one.

But it does have the right to stop armed intimidation. There are only two positions that you can have when you are fielding an AR and that is "In the Ready" or not in the ready. Would I shoot him on sight or want anyone else to shoot him on sight? No. But he gets only to options at that time and that is remove himself and/or weapon from the area as well as change it from the ready position or to die. The choice is his.

And he attempted to remove himself from the area.

The choice was always with the rioters. To attack him or not. They chose to attack him. Bad decision.

If Shooty McFlopsweat had decided to stay home, Kenosha would be a footnote.
If the rioters had stayed home then the city wouldn't have been destroyed and two of them would still be alive today and another one would be able to masterbate his gay lover with his right hand.

You mean I don't think that we should murder people over property crimes, uh, yeah. Property can be replaced.

Lives cannot.
your values are fucked up Moon Bat.

The rioters should have burned down major portion of Kenosha over a police shooting that didn't even result in a death a low life street thug and those four shitheads should never have attacked a kid because he tried to help put out one of their street fires.

And he attempted to remove himself from the area.

All the while keeping the weapon in the ready position. I would have removed the AR from him and then escorted him to the cops who would accept him if he made that choice. If he made the really bad choice, the Coroner could sort things out.

Rittenhouse also had his own choices which he ignored. His bad decisions lead to some other bad decisions.

When I see a person (during a conflict) come up to me with a weapon already in the ready position, he gets two choice. Separate himself from his weapon or die.

Rittenhouse also had his own choices which he ignored. His bad decisions lead to some other bad decisions.

The Democrats leadership decided that police should not respond to the rioters destroying the city - bad decision

The rioters were there to destroy the city - bad decision

The rioters chose to set a fire near a gas station - bad decision

The rioters chose to attack a kid that helped to put out the fire - bad decision

The rioters armed with a club and pistol chose to attack a kid with a loaded AR-15 - very bad decision

And, given what we know happened that night, the coroner would have been opening you up.

Key phrase there, "I would have removed the AR from him". That action was attempted, and the jury found his deadly response to be self-defense. Why couldn't anyone, I don't know, maybe have simply ASKED him what he intended to do with the firearm and then reported him to the police if they felt he was a threat, or failing that, taken his picture and simply reported to the police that there was someone carrying a rifle? Had no one attempted to physically accost Kyle, no one would have gotten hurt.

Rittenhouse carried that weapon in the ready position.
This is called "patrol carry", and how Rittenhouse carried his rifle

This is "low ready"

This is high ready

He's going to get about 1 chance either to not have it in the ready or to die. The way he carried that weapon was to intimidate others.
You speak from ignorance, willful or otherwise.

And until Rittenhouse came along there we no deaths. The Rioters could have been picked up safely at a later time. I've seen a few dumpster fires and no one died as the results. The next time a BLM protests happen, the protesters will be armed and shoot to kill.

Look around you. Your side is using this as an excuse to do mass murders.

BLM protesters are nicer than we are around here.
