Per capita based on the fbi data...A much higher percentage of blacks do take part in it. Do you wish to fix this? We'd both be better off.

The only time you hear "black on black crime" is when someone is desperately trying to deflect attention away from police violence against blacks. Bringing up "White on white crime" is a way of mocking those losers.
