Obamacare has reportedly enrolled 7.1 million individuals since its exchanges opened in October. However, according to a recently released RAND report, just 1.4 million of those individuals were previously uninsured.

And we won't even talk about the many, many who've lost the policies they liked or had their premiums increased at unbelievable rates!
In a recently released report by the CBO this month, they stated "the CBO and JCT project that 12 million more nonelderly people will have health insurance in 2014 than would have had it in the absence of the ACA. They also project that 19 million more people will be insured in 2015, 25 million more will be insured in 2016, and 26 million more will be insured each year from 2017 through 2024 than would have been the case without the ACA."

In addition the CBO projects, that the cost to government has been revised down by 104 billion over 10 years due to lower than expected premiums.

Ok so they lie we all know that. Your point?
In regard to your reply, the CBO is probably one of the best sources for analysis of government finances because they are non-partition. They're not associated with either party nor the administration. They report to Congress not the administration. They have almost unfeathered access to government data and experts. Compared to 99% what you see on the Internet, they are about as non-partial as you can get.

All political leaders, Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Reid, Boehner, or whoever are all guilty of lying or at least misrepresentation. If the president promises something and then can't delivery due to circumstances outside his control did he lie? The answer depends on what side you're on. Last week I promised my wife I would take her out to dinner but my boss had other ideas. Was that a lie? I don't think so. She probably felt different.

Is this similar to the "jobs saved or created" meme? Since no one can say for certain even how many people have actually signed up and paid for health insurance, there is no way to tell even how many people actually have it, much less how many would have had it in the absence of Obamacare.

Yup and you can bet your ass loads of those "signing up" are being subsidized by we the taxpayer. They get it for free and we pay more. Such a deal.

agreed.....except you didn't quite finish your sentence....because this always happens with socialized medicine...

"They get it for free and we pay more and get less."

The US today has less socialized medicine than most developed countries. Countries with little involvement in healthcare are places like Haiti, Central Africa, and a half dozen other places that no one in their right mind would want to live.
