A Mormon prosecutor and a catholic judge decided they did not like me getting a whole town out to vote. Had me arrested on a night warrant believing they would teach me a lesson. Night warrants are used for really bad criminals or by out of control judges and prosecutors. That whole case was dropped. It actually shocked a lot of people that they would be that bold but that is what you have had growing in this country for years.

Do you know this guy personally? If not, have you even checked his FB page? Not just this apparent shared post, but his whole page? If you scroll thru you'll notice he continually slams the police, government, etc in true conspirator style. He uses his personal FB page as his public platform and with 3500 'friends'? Those facts alone make me question any validity to his claims.

I do agree that there is increased police actions going on, and there are occasions the police take things too far. BUT considering the populace they are expected to 'protect & defend' they are putting their lives on the line every time they put on the uniform. That isn't being a police state, it's just 'it is what it is'. This isn't Mayberry anymore where everyone is friends with all their neighbors & where the biggest crime is double parking.

I just fixed that post. The Idaho story is a real one. I posted the young'ins facebook page on here and judges and cops got carried away. The young'in acted like an idiot but did not break any laws.

I did answer your question. Again being arrested on bogus charges for something that is perfectly legal is a police state.

He was arrested by immigration authorities and is being deported. What about that is a 'police state'?

I read through at least a half a dozen articles. The guy was a dumbass. To say what the legal system charged him with was right or legal I cannot agree with unless you limit free speech.

The thing is that at the moment, the people who want to work at the police are screened for . .....psychopathy!
