They All Do It, This One Just Got Caught

They are, so long as they are obedient. Cuellar is anti open border. One of the pillars of the xiden admin.

The same is true of establishment repubs. Pence broke the law regarding secret documents.

Buuuuut he's an obedient lapdog, so no indictment for him.
It's all some grand conspiracy, right?

lol

In reality, like President Biden, VP Pence didn't lie about the documents or try to keep them after they were discovered. Unlike Benedict Donald who lied, and defied a subpoena in order to keeps the documents he took.

Funny that Benedict Donnie's flock of parrot-sheep always believe the Neo-GOP spin doctors as they spin every story into their phony narrative.

He's been openly critical of Biden's open border policy. I'm frankly surprised he's lasted this long.

And if memory serves he is also about the last pro-life Democrat so that is two strikes against him right off the bat.

It doesn't matter. Mere possession is a FELONY!

Yet it was against the law for Biden to posses his stolen classified documents.

Isn't he the one that stood up to xiden on the border? Well, yes, yes he is.

"It is not our role to assess the criminal charges pending against Mr. Trump, but several material distinctions between Mr. Trump's case and Mr. Biden's are clear. Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating facts.

Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation."

In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation.

They've known about Bob Menendez for decades, yet didn't go after him until....
"Menendez was also indicted a decade ago. A 2017 investigation probed ties between Menendez and his longtime friend and donor Salomon Melgen. They stood trial in federal court in connection with alleged favors given to Melgen after he paid for trips and expenses for Menendez."

It says Trump allegedly, but Biden did steal classified documents and stored them impropertly.
