Again, those countries like Japan or Germany - where they don't let every asshole buy a gun - only lock up 70-80 thousand.

Why do you want to argue a point no one made? no one said that stealing a slice of pizza was his sole crime. Stealing a slice of Pizza combined with two other minor felonies did not merit a life sentence, but that's EXACTLY what we are doing.
