That would most likely be because that's the most POPULAR one. If you are a restaurant with one location I seriously doubt you'd get more votes than a national franchise.

Maybe its because I don't go for Mexican food, but I don't get this. If Taco Bell isn't good enough, what place should be voted the best Mexican place in America? Taco Bell has been around forever so I guess that something right has been done where they are concerned and so why not them?
