I have had guns pointed at me and even fired in my direction. But not in civilian life. In civilian life, I have broken some laws....ran a stop sign, went 70 in a 55.....but in my 60+ years as a civilian, I have never found myself at the wrong end of a legal firearm. My choice. I mean, why would I? I have never broken a window to gain access to someone's property, I have never threatened anyone's health and well being, I have never tried to avoid police interaction when they request it. I have been pulled over by police on the highway; I have had police come to my house due to noise complaints due to late night parties; I even had police come to my house to question me about something my neighbor did. I complied, I answered questions, I did not evade, I did not run, and I did not run towards them.
Thats the way a civilized society is supposed to work.

There are thousands of police calls nationally each day.
Over the past couple of years, there were about 5 of those calls that made national news due to the death of a potential unarmed criminal.
Yet, one of the posters here is one of the victims of police brutality.
And the same guy brags about having a loaded .44 by his bed and will shoot a criminal in the dark in the knee cap to avoid killing an alleged criminal.
You know....you cant make this shit up.

You left out one important fact.
The police have been executing unarmed black people for decades.
Its not a new thing at all.
We have been conditioned not to trust police, we people of color.
