This Story Confirms That There Is Racism Toward The Black Man

Blacks murder twice as many whites every year. This is 10 times per capita....
Blacks cause half of all murders in this country

Good luck sustaining a first world country going easy on these people.
Blacks are accused of and convicted of violent crime twice as often as whites are. However, the statistics of THE INNOCENCE PROJECT show that of the over 300 people proved innocent by DNA testing, 100 have been white and 200 have been black. So black men are falsely accused and incorrectly convicted of crimes twice as often as white men are.

About 70 percent of those exonerated by DNA testing are people of color.

Again why do all these statistics point to MEN committing and convicted of the majority of crimes.
And yet men are not complaining about men.

If the point was to go after the largest group statistically responsible
it would be MEN. so we should all become feminists pointing to the
oppression by MEN that is given a free pass in society as if this is the norm and not to be
challenged or questioned, just accepted?

Your one of those people who was never good at math, am I right?

Blacks are accused of and convicted of violent crime twice as often as whites are
Let's put that into numbers. 100 white murders. Blacks at twice that number results in 200 black murderers.

show that of the 300 people proved innocent by DNA testing, 100 have been white and 200 have been black.
Accusation and conviction rates align perfectly with DNA results which clear innocent men wrongly convicted of crimes.

So black men are falsely accused and incorrectly convicted of crimes twice as often as white men are.

No, they're not. They're cleared at exactly the same rate.

I heard about this story this morning on the Today Show. The white girl has been missing for 3 days and a white guy was seen on camera following her. when the law questioned the white guy he tells them he said a black man grab her around the waist. So now the police are looking for a bald headed black man in Virgina who was NOT on camera like the white man. LOL How they know the white guy is not lying?

Police ID man who left bar with missing U.Va. student

Ok now let's make this a sexist story.

All these suspects are men.

Give it time and we'll equalize those numbers. The FBI is now reporting that women rape men as frequently as men rape women. Rape is now an equal opportunity crime.

Can you help me find the sources on that? All I found wsa the definition of rape changed to not specify gender
and to include any penetration:

"The new provision will define rape as any kind of penetration of another person, regardless of gender, without the victim's consent. It also includes a broad range of rapes involving both males and females in which attackers use objects to penetrate their victims."

As for crimes and gender, where are the stats that show the conviction and incarceration rate
of women is catching up with men? the stats I saw show that it is severely disproportionate.

I remember hearing that more women end up serving a greater percentage of their time than men, just because there is
more space for women in prison while the men's prisons are overpopulated and have to release many more inmates.

Here you go
:

A CDC spokesperson told The New Republic that “being unable to consent is key to the CDC’s definition of rape.” . . .

After all, very few men in the CDC study were classified as victims of rape: 1.7 percent in their lifetime, and too few for a reliable estimate in the past year. But these numbers refer only to men who have been forced into anal sex or made to perform oral sex on another male. Nearly 7 percent of men, however, reported that at some point in their lives, they were “made to penetrate” another person—usually in reference to vaginal intercourse, receiving oral sex, or performing oral sex on a woman. This was not classified as rape, but as “other sexual violence.”

And now the real surprise: when asked about experiences in the last 12 months, men reported being “made to penetrate”—either by physical force or due to intoxication—at virtually the same rates as women reported rape (both 1.1 percent in 2010, and 1.7 and 1.6 respectively in 2011).

In other words, if being made to penetrate someone was counted as rape—and why shouldn’t it be?—then the headlines could have focused on a truly sensational CDC finding: that women rape men as often as men rape women.

The CDC also reports that men account for over a third of those experiencing another form of sexual violence—“sexual coercion.” That was defined as being pressured into sexual activity by psychological means: lies or false promises, threats to end a relationship or spread negative gossip, or “making repeated requests” for sex and expressing unhappiness at being turned down. . . . .

For purely biological reasons, there is little doubt that adult victims of such crimes are mostly female—though male children and adolescents are at fairly high risk: as criminologists Richard Felson and Patrick Cundiff report in a fascinating recent analysis, a 15-year-old male is considerably more likely to be sexually assaulted than a woman over 40. The CDC reports that 12.3 percent of female victims were 10 or younger at the time of their first completed rape victimization; for male victims, that number is 27.8 percent.

This is about the victims.
Where does it say that, for example, for young victims, the boys are being assaulted by females
at equal rates that girls are assaulted by males.

2. what about for the youth, who are the perpetrators male or female?

When we go back to the real definition of rape, we still find more men than women who have been raped:

More men are raped in the U.S. than woman, according to figures that include sexual abuse in prisons.

In 2008, it was estimated 216,000 inmates were sexually assaulted while serving time, according to the Department of Justice figures.

That is compared to 90,479 rape cases outside of prison.

And again, Rikurzhen, who are the perpetrators: men or women?

BTW I am not against you bringing up this issue of underreporting the males rapes who are pressured to remain silent. I applaud you for promoting greater awareness.

But that doesn't mean to skirt the fact that more men are committing the crimes.
this can be explained by saying the prisons and military are predominantly men.

But still that doesn't excuse why such behavior among men is allowed to go on as if this is the normal status quo to be expected.

It's not allowed to go on, men who rape are punished. Murder isn't allowed to go on, people who murder are punished.

Rape, murder, abuse, violence, infidelity, rudeness, these are all parts of the human condition. Men are more physically violent than women and women are more emotionally violent than men. Society just happens to be more tolerant of emotional abuse than of physical abuse.

Did you even read your story? The man that put his arm around her waist was a black man dressed in white with dreadlocks, the second black man was seen on camera talking to her before she disappeared. At no time does the story even mention a white man nor one giving them a story on a black man.

The footage I saw had no black man on camera

I didn't say I saw footage. I said the POLICE have footage. In fact, the Police have now identified a black man as a person of interest who admitted to buying her a drink at a bar AFTER the initial videos of her being spotted.

Person of interest in hunt for Hannah Graham is a nursing assistant Daily Mail Online

Oh, btw, this story shows an image of a black man in dredlocks walking. Soooo, guess you are going to have to start a new thread to show your imaginary Trumped Up Racism theory. Uh huh.

Another thread about the criminal black element turned into a joke I see.

@Esmeralda

You were dishonest about your DNA claims.

Blacks make up 28% of all arrests in this country, while only making up 13% of the population.

And even that is misleading, because as you correctly pointed out, males commit most of the crimes, specifically males from age 18-40. So what percentage of the population do black males age 18-40 make up do you suppose? 5%? Maybe 7?

So 7% of the population is being arrested for 28% of the crimes in this country?

Even if you discount for racism, DNA errors, or whatever you still have a disproportionate number of crimes committed by black males.

You will find his arguments require you to actually have to research his claims. I long ago stopped doing that after I found out every single one of his claims were bogus.

Blacks murder twice as many whites every year. This is 10 times per capita....
Blacks cause half of all murders in this country

Your sources, please, and they'd better be good ones.

Are you fucking serious? Is the FBI good enough for you?

FBI mdash Table 43

8,341 murders in the US in 2011. 4.149 blacks arrested for murder.

Now even if you account for every possible variable you can think of, you have to admit that blacks kill more often whites. MUCH more often.

By the way, that holds true for nearly every crime.

The conversation shouldn't be DO blacks commit crimes more often, the conversation should be WHY do they commit crimes more often?

It's not blacks it's GHETTO BLACKS

which is a polite term for niggah

That's what I'm saying, how will this ever get solved or be any better when half the country won't even acknowledge that it IS a problem. I mean you're talking about a demographic that probably makes up 1/3 of all blacks who themselves are only 13% of the general population, committing HALF the crime in this country.

It's time to wake up and start telling people who scream racism when you point out facts to shut the fuck up while the adults try to fix things.

It doesn't matter to me because i know like myself there are lots of normal hard working black men who are not criminals

Well good for you.
But I find it rather disturbing that you dont care about your brothers killing each other and giving you a bad image.

It's been on the news. It was 2 black men. I think they were working together to rape her, and it wouldn't be the first time this exact same scenario has played out all over the world. This is what they do.

We are probably going to find out the white girl went with the Black guys willingly if they are even involved.

Nobody said she was a smart white girl.
