States are now banning the boycott movement.
Schools, federal grants, unions, even churches and now state legislation are all saying 'No'
Even the WB don't want boycotts on Israeli goods or companies that do business with Israel.
A stronger economy in Israel means a stronger economy for the PA.

For every little temporary victory the BDS might have, 50 major failures follow.

It might be making news, but most of the news is bad for the BDS.

How about a big increase since 2013 around the world of products with a "Made In Israel" label?

The boycott, divest, and sanction movement, which seeks to cut economic ties with Israel, shows no sign of letting up. Yet concern over the possibility that their products will be boycotted has not stopped Israeli manufacturers and exporters from identifying with Israel. Quite the opposite, according to Economy Ministry figures; while in 2013, 760 Israeli manufacturers marked their products marketed abroad as “made in Israel,” by 2014 that number had grown to 1,024.

It was just another indication that Israeli technology is welcome around the world, according to Ohad Cohen, who heads the Foreign Trade Administration in the Israeli Economy Ministry. “BDS campaigns are really only effective against identifiable consumer products, and Israel does export some of these, but most of our production is in intermediate goods – chemicals, machine parts, technology, etc. Israel’s main customers are the businesses that use these components, and for most companies, business is business, and they keep politics out of the picture.

“That’s not to say that some businesses over the Green Line have not been affected,” added Cohen. “But overall we have great products and people around the world are happy to buy them.”

Just a long line of victories that the BDS - Bowel Discharge Syndrome movement has achieved. I guess all they have left now are Muslim students at leftist colleges that are being sponsored by Islamic terrorists like the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.:lmao:

Da's what I'm talkin' 'bout! That's because made in Israel is associated with quality, workmanship, and ingenuity.

Israeli military, police and settler violence against Palestinians is intensifying quickly. Over the past week, at least 900 Palestinians have been injured, at least 60 with live fire. Only on Saturday October 10th, six Palestinians in Gaza were shot dead by Israeli soldiers who opened fire on a demonstration. These peaks in lethal violence are a part of the systematic violence Palestinians are subjected to under Israel’s Apartheid regime

Aside from maintaining this siege and engaging in direct military attacks on Gaza, the Israeli army’s primary ongoing task is to enforce the Occupation of the Palestinian land and people. Israeli arms companies benefit enormously from European Union expenditure. With a total budget of nearly €80 billion, Horizon 2020, the new EU research and innovation programme, is one of the world’s largest research and innovation programmes. Israel is associated to Horizon 2020 allowing Israeli entities to participate in the programme. Already during the previous funding cycle (FP7), Israeli entities participated in over 1500 projects.

On February 9th 2015, the Israeli R&D Directorate for the European Research Area (ISERD) published a document announcing that the EU had already approved 205 projects with Israeli participation with a total value of €452,3m1 within the Horizon 2020 research cycle.

Participating companies include Elbit, Israel Aerospace Industries, Technion, deeply implicated in the occupation of Palestine and Israeli military industry. Elbit is a partner in EU Flysec projects funded by the European taxpayer’s money totalling 4 141 375 EUR.

Reminds me of the old South Africa sanctions days and the apologists. Sounds like desperation to me.

"South Africa Shouldn't be Singled Out

WHILE the violation of human rights is the norm rather than the exception in most of Africa's 42 black-ruled states, the spotlight remains on South Africa. The images of racism, white supremacy, Nazism, etc. are a most effective part of a campaign to play on white guilt and to condition hatred for South Africa. While it is true that there are many things wrong in South Africa, the facts are sensationalized and distorted. A cheap political campaign to get black and also well-meaning (though not as well-informed) white liberal votes, is being run by using the white ``racist regime'' in Pretoria as a unifying issue.

Contrary to popular belief, the whites did not take the country from the blacks. When the Dutch settled in the Cape in 1652, they found a barren, largely unpopulated land. Together with French and German settlers, they built a dynamic society.................

(The whites in South Africa lied like the pro Israel posters here and Israelis lie., ed.)

................Yet South Africa is the only country in Sub-Saharan Africa that can feed itself. Blacks possess one of the highest living standards in all of Africa. Although black living conditions in South Africa (as in America) cover a wide spectrum, the housing is unequalled anywhere on the continent. Soweto is a proper city complete with schools, stores, theaters, sport stadiums and tennis courts. In some areas, blacks drive their children to private schools in German cars. Few states in black Africa can boast such a range of features. In Mamelodi (Pretoria) four bedroom houses are made available to blacks at a total purchase price of $250.

(Like the Israelis and the pro-Israel posters here, the apologists take great pains to point out that though we oppress the people not like us, they are better off than their kind elsewhere. ed.)

Find this on another thread, bozo. Of course it is on topic, it demonstrates that oppressive regimes that want to retain control over people they deem inferior or different behave in the same way. And eventually lose.

If the Palestinians stopped the violence and terrorism then they would not be shot. And you have been told about Global Research being a pallywood front in the past and still you use them

I have found Hoss, that most Israeli product is of basic quality, their Pickle Cucumbers in particular are Cronic compared to the Aussie,German and Polish counter parts.......Avajar(a Paste of Abergines, sic Garlic,Tomatoes,Onions etc) that they make is a very poor substitute to the Aussie,Macedonian,Italian and Croatian product.Likewise their Chocolate is awful beyond belief.........We don't get much food from Israel as there is little requirement for it.

In the US,I don't know,.........anyway why buy food product from produce grown on stolen fertile land...steve,as usual always explaining reality to Gourmets and the Lemmings of this world.

Do I boycott.....Nope,just think the quality is not good, and how right I am,as usual
