Any government program funded by tax revenue is an example of socialism. When you look at the actual definition of socialism, have you ever wondered what “community ownership” is?You are as dumb as Billy000.
Socialism is when the government owns and runs labor and capital. When the government sub-contracts private companies and capital? That economic system is known as Dirigisme, or Corporatism/crony capitalism.
It is no different than what is practiced in fascist Italy and Germany. It is also what the CCP does now to a large extent.
Just b/c FDR was an American, doesn't mean he weren't no fascist.
Mussolini modeled is economy off of FDR, and they continually kept in contact till it was no longer politically appropriate. American companies were hugely invested in Nazi Germany.
