Tim Walz Swiftboated, Stolen Valor. Falsely Was in "War" When He Actually Abandoned His Men When They Shipped to Iraq

I don't know why you disagreed with my post.
Hereditary Power Contradicts and Destroys Capitalism

If Deserter Dubya had been sent to Vietnam, he wouldn't have imposed killer ROEs on the troops in Iraq, so even the reason IM2tored gave is connected to birth privileges being a matter of life and death. So is Halliburton's GreedHead HeirHead warmongering connected to its cheating being forced through the economic necessity of inferior people in superior positions.

"Education" Is the Way Incompetents Steal Jobs

That's not an MOS; that's an MOS Number. Typical dysfunctional grammar from Diploma Dumbos.
When you ask a soldier or marine his MOS, he gives you the number, not a description. You are supposed to be intelligent enough to either know it or look it up. For instance at different times, I was a 12B20, a 55D20 and a 71L30. To translate that, a Combat Engineer, an EOD Specialist and an Administration Specialist.

What proof do you have that he “faked bone spurs”?

He was examined by a doctor for a physical and diagnosed with that condition. If you think it was a false diagnosis then you need to prove it. You would need to prove the doctor was lying.
I believe the draft board would have required proof of bone spurs, in those days an X-Ray.

Are you a fucking idiot? I mean, seriously, I read your posts with your weird headline phrasing, and they come off like someone who needs to be medicated.

If you ask anyone in the Army, "What is/was your MOS?" They will usually repeat the number.

Mine was 76Y, if anyone is interested.
What a pain, you actually enlisted for that? I had supply as an additional duty when I was EOD and it was an incredible pain in the ass. Supply personnel never get noticed until something goes wrong, then all the good work they did is ignored and they are the scapegoat for the failure.

He retired months before the unit deployed, ran for Congress successfully six times in a row, and then was elected governor. He was a teacher and coach, leading the team to a state championship.

We are not giving hardly any attention to a little weirdo like you.
From what I've heard, he retired as soon as the unit received its warning order which goes to the staff long before orders are published. As the unit Sergeant Major he would have had access to the warning order.

"HAVE YOU EVER LOOKED AT EISENHOWER'S MILITARY CAREER?!? OPERATION OVERLORD MY ASS! HE SPENT DECADES AS A REMF IN CUSHY JOBS AND WAS ALWAYS HUNDREDS OF MILES AWAY FROM COMBAT. THEN, JUST AS THE SHOOTING STARTED IN KOREA, HE RETIRED."
Ike spent his career as a staff officer. He was the perfect choice as European Commander and was probably the only person that could have held the alliance together in the face of people like Monty, Patton and De Gaulle with their monumental egos. But since he was Macarther's chief of staff in the pre-war years, he had a lot of experience working around monumental egos.

His unit did not leave for Iraq till March of 2006.

The unit did not receive their orders till July of 2005, after he was retired.

If he retired in May of 2005 he would have had to have his request submitted most likely by June or July of 2004.
A Wretched Racket Gets Wrecked

Your chronology is irrelevant. Wussy Walz knew he'd be deployed very soon, since the Chickenhawk Bushes started doing that for all paycheck units to make it look like Dubya and Danny Quayle, the Kokomo Commando, could have been sent to Vietnam.

You might have to explain "warning order".

Sure you are. Walz put his papers long before the deployment order arrived at the unit, almost a year before the unit deployment. He did it by the numbers. Guys, he did it right. Get over it. Stop being weird.

Uh ... yeah...that's why I agreed with him.

Walz previously faced criticism about his military record in 2018 when he ran for governor of Minnesota, and again when he sought reelection four years later. In an open letter posted on Facebook in 2018, Thomas Behrends, a retired command sergeant major from the Minnesota National Guard, claimed Walz retired after his unit received a warning order “in early 2005” that it would deploy to Iraq.

Fake news.

Walz was working on cementing his promotion to CSM until it became clear his unit was being deployed to war in Iraq.

Suddenly that promotion was no longer a consideration as the coward got his yellow bellied ass ETS'd as quickly as humanly possible.

So quit your lyin', cockbite.

"quickly as humanly possible." is about 6 to 14 months. That is how long it takes for retirement paperwork to be complete and all the hoops one must jump thorough to be completed.

When I retired from the Marine Corps I was told to drop my papers 14 months before I wanted to get out to make sure there was enough time for it all to take place.

It does not pass the smell test. You do not accept a conditional promotion and walk around wearing it, while knowing knowing that you were going to retire before completing your training. That in itself is a disgraceful act, because he deprived another soldier of the opportunity to that promotion.

Walz accepted a conditional promotion to Command Sergeant Major. Meaning, he agreed to being promoted and walking around wearing the rank, with the signed obligation, and promise, that he would complete the required training.

However, as soon as Walz found out he was actually going into a war zone, he bailed on his unit. He broke his promise to complete his training because he did not want to actually serve in harm's way. He's a coward, plain and simple.

I served for 22 years. Stolen valor is real, and it is considered one of the most disgraceful things a service member can commit.

These liars and snakes will sometimes use weaselly words and phrases to purposely mislead people into thinking they retired at a rank they didn't, or served in the theater of combat, or received medals they never earned, etc... There is no carefully crafted wording to provide wiggle room. There is no grey area.

Still on his State Governor web page"

After 24 years in the Army National Guard, Command Sergeant Major Walz retired from the 1-125th Field Artillery Battalion in 2005.

If you dare claim any of these things, as Walz did, it's stolen valor. End of story.

I dropped mine with only a few months notice. But that was before 2003.

The regulations on this may have changed over the years, especially after all the never ending wars, because units needed to be given more time to replace people. Back in the days when Walz retired, people could still retire within a few months notice.
