If they could "prove" what they say, they already would have shown this "proof".

Obama gave the racist's a point of focus. They have since expanded their focus to all blacks. Couple that with the idea the cops have that all black people (including 12YOs) are to be considered armed and dangerous and shoot to kill is the order of the day.
