Time to spend money on Infrastructure

It sure would be pro-American and pro-business to invest monies in the country's infrastructure. It would provide jobs, not only with the infrastructure project, it would also create jobs in the business sector as the business sector becomes more competitive on the world stage.

Miltary use was only one justification. The primary reason was to eliminate unsafe roads, inefficient routes, traffic jams and all of the other things that got in the way of “speedy, safe transcontinental travel.

No, it wasn't. You just made that up.
 
Let's just say that the highways for many reasons. Only some of the reason was military.

You people act like we shouldn't have highways just to travel or move things from state to state.

No one said that, but I generally have no choice in the decision to build highways.
