He isn't too good at explaining things and selling them, but maybe that's because he seems to be the only one doing it...where is the media- unlike the Pub propaganda machine, which is FANTASTIC at getting out the misinformation and hate...

The media is broke, newspapers have lost tons of money and literally can't afford good investigative reporters anymore. Newspaper's main income stream was from their classified section which has gone online. Online news organizations are pretty much blogger crap. Patch doesn't want to pay their reporters. Cable news is just fucking opinion journalism. If Obama stood up and talked to the public like he does his advisers and adversaries, it would go over the heads of 80% of the public. It's a mess.

Have you noticed that since Obama took office, he has never mentioned the total of our national debt? {unlike he did when he was campaigning}
Can we assume we will never hear the phrase "We As A Nation Now Owe 17 Trillion Dollars"?

He never mentioned the 225 Billion in revenues that come into the government each month and that 18 Billion goes to paying the interest of the debt.

And what does Burning a home that's for sale got to do with the current crisis that he created?

actually I think you have a ear that doesn't listen... I myself have heard him say many time about the 17 trillion dollar debt ... he has also mention that sense he's been in off that the budget deficit has dropped from 1.3 trillion to about 700 billion ... something you on the right never mention and deny strongly, like it doesn't exist... why is that ???

actually it all started when the stimulus was passed ... when dems had some control ... you see in the stimulus there was 300 billion in spending cuts ...something republicans fail to realize ... you won't understana that... as for the republicans stopping the spending that too hasn't been done there hasn't been any spending cuts of any size passed yet ...so your statement here is not only uninformed but false

Why are the repubs questioning the public debt when the public debt shall not be questioned? It doesn't say the public debt may be questioned if a majority in the congress decide they don't like what the previous congress did.

..... but enough about the Democrats. I know, I know, they miss those days of Nancy Pelosi and the ability to push though Congress whatever ideological agenda that fits into their little wish list. The idea that there is someone to answer to, who may not agree with their policies, just irritates the hell out of them. Why should the liberal Democrats have to justify what they are doing to anyone, that's what Nancy Pelosi was for - to make sure everyone fell in line including those annoying little blue dogs. When it was about President Bush's judicial appointees it was about having a "balance", now suddenly that balance in a government system doesn't look so good.
