Another fucking ignorant leftard idiot who has no idea what publishing means.
Tell ya what dumbass, go try to release a song and then unrelease it.
Go try to tell your distributor he no longer has permission to release the song, and then see what happens
You leftard morons are so completely fucking ignorant you don't even know when you're lying.
Which means you end up lying ALL THE TIME.
What do you think listening to it IS, shit for brains? You just go that extra mile to display how incredibly stupid you are when you don’t have to. You could just sit there and say nothing in and not make yourself look like a complete idiot but, God love you, you just jump right in there with both feet.
You apparently have no understanding of copyright law. When you purchase a piece of music you simply by the right to listen to it, you don’t get any right to use it commercially.

You just moved the goalposts, fucktard. He most certainly do have to ask permission to play the record in public where you have a commercial interest in playing it. You can’t sing the song on television without the Petty Estate’s consent, or use it in an ad.
When you purchase a song you have the right to listen to it. Nothing more. Anything else requires a release from the owner.
