It doesn't matter, it's wrong to tell people they can change their sex/gender when it is impossible. Scientists can tell when you have a male or a female skeleton infront of them because we are different down to the bone structure.

Lay a male skeleton on one table and a female skeleton on another, and even the untrained eye can see the differences.
